Environmental Impact Analysis (AMDAL)
Statement of Environmental Management and Monitoring Capability (Surat Pernyataan Pengelolaan Lingkungan/SPPL) is required for businesses or activities that are not obliged to prepare an Environmental Impact Analysis (AMDAL) or an Environmental Management and Monitoring Effort (UKL/UPL).
The existence of SPPL is crucial to ensure that business activities continue to comply with environmental sustainability principles, thereby minimizing negative impacts on the environment.

Steps for Preparing an SPPL Document
