Environmental Impact Analysis (AMDAL)

The use of groundwater for business purposes requires an official permit known as the Groundwater Utilization Permit (Surat Izin Pengusahaan Air Tanah/ SIPA). Without this permit, companies may face serious penalties, including administrative fines, temporary suspension of business activities, and even civil or criminal sanctions.

Given the significant legal risks, every company should ensure it holds a valid SIPA. With more than 17 years of experience in licensing, legal, and business intelligence services, Reborn Terra is here to assist you in obtaining your SIPA quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
