Requirements for Regional Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWPD) Application for Hotel and Restaurant Businesses:

Completed NPWPD Registration Form
Copy of the Owner’s/Manager’s ID (KTP)
Copy of Business Licenses
Copy of Deed of Establishment (if the ownership is in the form of CV/PT)
Copy of Lease or Rental Agreement (if the business premises are rented/leased)
Copy of Land/Building Ownership Certificate (if the premises are owned)
Photo of Business Location (Front View)
Business Location Map or Layout
Company Brochure
Monthly Sales Summary (for restaurants)
Latest Paid Land and Building Tax (PBB) Receipt
Company Tax ID (NPWP) of PT/CV
Statement Letter for New Taxpayer

Groundwater Tax Registration (ABT)

Requirements for Regional Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWPD) Application for Groundwater Users:

Completed NPWPD Registration Form
Copy of Owner’s/Manager’s ID (KTP)
Copy of Groundwater Extraction Permit issued by the competent authority
Copy of Deed of Establishment (if a legal entity) and the company’s Tax ID (NPWP)
Business Location Map
Installation of Water Meter (Mandatory)
Copy of Business Identification Number (NIB)
Power of Attorney with Proper Stamp Duty (Rp10,000) if the registration is not handled directly by the taxpayer
Statement of Commitment to obtain a Groundwater Extraction Permit (if not yet available)
Recommendation/Statement Letter from the Provincial Department of Manpower and Energy & Mineral Resources

PHR and ABT Tax Reporting

Timely reporting of Hotel and Restaurant Tax (PHR) and Groundwater Tax (ABT) must be carried out before tax payment to avoid overpayment or underpayment issues. Late submissions are subject to significant penalty fees.
