Environmental Impact Analysis (AMDAL)

Business owners who wish to sell alcoholic beverages in establishments such as restaurants, bars, hotels, or supermarkets are required to obtain an official permit known as SKPL (Direct Seller’s Certificate). Without an SKPL, your business is considered illegal and subject to serious legal sanctions.

Entrust the process of obtaining your alcohol distribution and sales permit to Reborn Terra. We handle it quickly, efficiently, and transparently.

Requirements for SKPL Permit Application:

  1. Copy of the Deed of Business Establishment
  2. Business Identification Number (NIB)
  3. Business Domicile Certificate
  4. Business License according to the field of alcoholic beverage sales
  5. Copy of Owner’s or Person-in-Charge’s ID (KTP)
  6. Business location compliant with the zoning regulation for alcoholic beverage sales
  7. Valid Environmental Permit
  8. Building Worthiness Certificate (SLF) for the business premises
  9. Letter of Appointment from a distributor or sub-distributor as a direct seller
  10. Customs Registered Business Number (NPPBKC)
  11. Technical Data Form for SKPL alcoholic beverages
  12. Other required documents, such as Integrity Pact and Waste Management Statement Letter

Once all requirements are fulfilled, the authorities will issue the SKPL permit. The issuance process typically takes several weeks, depending on local government regulations. After the permit is granted, you may legally begin selling alcoholic beverages.

The SKPL is generally valid for one year or according to local government policy. Therefore, it is important to renew the license before its expiration date to keep your business legally compliant.

The renewal process is usually faster since most documents are already on file.
