Andalalin (Analisis Dampak Lalu Lintas) is a series of studies concerning the traffic impact of the development of activity centers, residential areas, and infrastructure. The purpose of Andalalin is to assess the extent of a project’s influence on the surrounding traffic activities.
Ensure that the development does not harm public interests and is in accordance with urban spatial planning.
Reduce or mitigate the negative impacts of certain activities or businesses on the surrounding traffic conditions.
Provide input to the government in regulating and supervising traffic and road transportation in a specific area.
The final output of Andalalin processing is a recommendation from the relevant authorities. The Andalalin recommendation contains the results of document evaluation and verification, as well as requirements that must be met by the developer, such as implementing traffic engineering measures, providing parking facilities, paying retribution fees, and others.
The Andalalin recommendation is one of the requirements for obtaining a Building Permit (PBG) from the relevant authorities.

Written application letter from the applicant.

Applicant’s identification, such as Identity Card (KTP) or power of attorney if authorized.

Photocopy of land certificate, sale and purchase deed, or lease agreement.

Drawings and type of development plan.

Map and location coordinates, plot photos, urban spatial plan, and road network map.

Company deed, Ministry of Law and Human Rights decree (SK Kemenkumham), Trading Business License (SIUP), Business Identification Number (NIB), Tax Identification Number (NPWP), land tax (PBB) for the plot, OSS/NIB account, and previous licensing records (if any).

Certificate of the expert responsible for preparing the Andalalin document.

Statement letter of commitment to fulfill all obligations stated in the Andalalin recommendation from the Transportation Agency.

Other technical requirements according to the type and scale of development, such as water and electricity accounts, site photos, required forms, existing permits, and others
