Technical Approval (Pertek) and Technical Details (Rintek)

To fulfill the requirements for environmental permits such as AMDAL and UKL/UPL, Technical Approval (Persetujuan Teknis/Pertek) and Technical Details (Rincian Teknis/Rintek) are required.

Pertek is an approval from the Central Government or Regional Government in the form of provisions regarding standards for environmental protection and management.

Meanwhile, Rintek is a technical document that contains detailed planning related to the systems and technologies used to manage waste or pollution, whether from liquid, solid, or gaseous waste.

Stages of Preparing Pertek

In simple terms, the stages of preparing a Pertek are:

Identification of emission types.
Emission measurement.
Application documents covering technical details of the emission system, control equipment, estimated emission volume, and initial measurement results.
Technical verification electronically through the OSS-RBA or SIDOLING system.
Once approved, you will receive an SLO document as a mandatory attachment for the next licensing process.

Stages of Preparing Rintek

Preparing a Rintek must be clear, logical, and aligned with field conditions. It usually consists of several main sections, such as:

Description of business activities.
Types and quantities of waste generated.
Waste treatment technologies or methods.
Installation layout (e.g., WWTP or filtration equipment).
Calculation of treatment capacity and efficiency.
Monitoring and evaluation plan.
